At the current moment, HTML assignment can't be done, DTA takes a long time be done, RA3 takes super long or imposible to master before next year WCG perhaps... Why things going this way... And of course, 3 years waiting for someone, can't really get the desired answer...

Red Alert 3 review

After playing for days, I can say... This game AI just too imbalance as if they got map hack on for them. And vs human player, it is like in Las Vegas, where you guess you bet and if you are right you win.

Another end, yet difficult

It is 5 weeks away from the end of semester 1, and it also means the coming of buffer week, also means that after buffer week it is the exam, and the nearest one, the submission of most assignment. UCP aka Using Computer Pakages, doesn't have any exam but only 1 assignment, which the presentation for part 1 is done today, but the next part is what that can took my life, so called web design using HTML. DTA aka Data Analysis, something like math+quantitative methods that we learned before in foudation year, it is the same anyway, but then still facing some good old problem memorizing all those damn long formulas. IBC aka Introductory Business Concept, don't even know what topic included and taught by lecturer, because one slide he can explain up to half an hour, and that's why most people ZZzZzzZ...

Reasoning and Knowledge

What is reasoning and what is knowledge?
Knowledge is direct and fast, such as you know 1+1=2
Reasoning is logic, and in a way as sub-knowledge, where there is a procedure you go through to get the answer such as, when given 489765*2354=?, most likely you will need to use a calculator instead of directly giving answer such as 1+1=2

My friend, Tan Khai Phin recently bought some new stuff to be added on his computer, a new motherboard and the very hot HD4870. While this is not the main point in this entry, what important is the knowledge and reasoning in his mindset. For months after teaching him about the RTS game, Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, I find that his reasoning out-reasoned his knowledge, for one can convert reasoning to gain knowledge by practical+understanding. That is why, he loses easy battle where he should have won. In such RTS, a decent player with knowledge will know on the spot like 1+1=2 what to do to counter or when to attack, while a decent player like my friend with good reasoning will think, I must build this and that to counter that, but then he will think is that a good counter? Or he will ask himself, if I attack now, what if the enemy has too much?

So reasoning and knowledge... It existed and affected much roles in life

Need For Speed Undercover

The Need For Speed series made a return after 1 year, this time is the 12th installment for the NFS series, named NFS Undercover. This title will be released on 18th November 2008, on various platform like PC, PS3, XBox 360, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, even on different mobile phone platform. The NFS Undercover will feature much of the game-play from previous installment such as Sprint, Circuit, and new introduced Highway Battle, The Heist, and Cop & Robbers mode.

Undercover will feature a new "open-world" map consisting of over a hundred miles of road and a large highway system making it the largest need for speed open world environment EA has ever created. The map is of a fictional city based on the American West Coast cities. The city is called Tri-City, and consists of four boroughs called Palm Harbor, Port Cresent, Gold Coast Mountains, and Sunset Hills.

Plot
The NFS Undercover's story mode sets the player in the story as a police officer going undercover into the criminal underground of Tri-City, a fictional city where the game is set. Players will take on dangerous jobs and compete in races in order to infiltrate and take down a ruthless international crime smuggling syndicate of street racers and car thieves. The player's only contact to the police is federal handler Chase Linh, played by Maggie Q.
