The Premier Edition and SideWinder X6

It is now few days after launch, and here is some photos of the Premier Edition of Red Alert 3, and the SideWinder X6 Keyboard. To make it short, the Premier Edition comes in a steelbook, limited to 8000 copies, where it is now already sold out. The Premier Edition also comes with 2 bonus DVD, 1 is the OST of Red Alert 3, and another 1 contains much unrevealed stuff.

On the other hand, the Microsoft SideWinder X6 keyboard, the latest gaming keyboard from Microsoft doesn't lack the normal features of a gaming keyboard, which are programmable keys, back-lighted, media keys, over 30 Macro keys, and anti-ghosting capabilities. The SideWinder X6 also comes with some new features, such as detachable numpad, and cruise control. Cruise control allows the user to perform an action that usually need to hold down a key with only 1 key stroke. The keyboard is lighted in Red and Amber, and it is controllable by suing the LED adjust on the keyboard.

As mentioned in earlier post titled Red October, today or, to be precise yesterday in 28 October 2008, is the Launch Event for Red Alert 3. The event itself is very successful and crowded, so that to explain with less words, below is some photos for now. More to be available later.

I never have this day to come I think, since in reality it is so difficult, even after some years... Dream? Luck?

Months ago, I registered for the WCG Grand Finale referee position, that will be held in Kolnmasse Hall, Cologne, Germany on the 5th November 2008. Being in such place and event, is one of the objective as every gamer can pursue. Since I am not the champion in WCG Malaysia, so I have to register as referee, and you guessed it... Bad luck, I didn't get it.Here above, however is what I get, the invitation of the RA3 Launch Event in UK, on 30 October 2008... Too happy too disappointed... For sure I don't have such money to attend, and it is merely impossible to fly to UK next week because of the last minute air fare. The event itself is very interesting, including Gemma Atkinson, live band playing Hell March, BattleCast Primetime and a lot more. Sigh... But what can I do? Just staring at this invitation ticket... Fated?

The Assignment, The Argument

When it comes to assignment, not much people will like it, especially the recent one, assignment of UCP aka Using Computer Packages, is one of the most terrible we ever had. Why? Because simply it is without a proper info, so call creativity and freelance but not so free. So the lecturer can expect anything from us, but then can freely deny anything we come out with, what a tactic...

And the next part argument, as I looked through my assignment group partner's blog, I find that he must be not happy or whatsoever, but he got his point, and I wanted to say... "Zheng Min, when you lose, you lose; when you win, you win; and you don't lose forever but change and find a way to win" for there is a reason I remain silence when I am weak at that point, and there is time when I strike enemies to ground, aka "noob" in gaming, and so call "slow learner but act pro" in study.

Capricorn

Capricorn (魔杰座) is Taiwanese mega star, Jay Chou's 9th studio album, which was released on October 14 2008. The album is based on his zodiac sign Capricorn and his current interest in illusion.

This album, like Jay Chou's previous album On The Run (我很忙), was leaked early on the internet prior to the official release scheduled for October 14.

The first single Rice Aroma (稻香) was released for airplay on September 22 2008. The second single is to be Where is the Promised Happiness (說好的幸福呢). The music video will star Jay Chou and actress Chen Kuang Yi (陳匡怡) and is directed by Jay.

The album has broken Jay Chou's previous record of pre-order sales, with more than 90,000 copies ordered. To thank fans for the support, JVR Music has decided to include Capricorn Poker Cards and a Calendar as album gifts. This inclusion was cited to be the reason for the album release date to be delayed until October 14 2008.

As of 14 October, sales across Asia soared to an all time high of 887,000 copies sold.

As many Command & Conquer Red Alert fans out there already know, there is one major launch event for the upcoming 3rd installment of Red Alert series in the Command & Conquer universe, since its predecessor Red Alert 1 in 1996, and Red Alert 2 in 2000. Below are the details
