The Razer Imperator is ergonomic right handed 3.5G Laser Mouse, that is top of the line just below the much prestigious Razer Mamba.
While Razer Mamba is both wireless and wired, the Imperator is wired to suit most of gamers need. Gold plated USB as usual from Razer, with some new features such as braided fiber cable compared to ordinary plastic insulation. Adjustable side button is unique to Imperator.
Similar features with Mamba are the 3.5G Laser that powers that Imperator, supporting up to 5600DPI, with on the fly adjustment, as well as the Razer Synapse on board memory.
Odd enough, as most of you noticed, Razer product lineup make use of lethal creatures/venom name to their naming style. The Imperator is different, as Imperator simply means the General of Triumphant/Victory, from the mythology of Rome. The Imperator on other hand, its driver does not contribute to extra running processes, which is good improvement from all previous installment.
Sad to say… Going to let go Imperator despite it is such a perfect mouse of the moment as many of the reviews out there agree, simply because I need to use back Death Adder for a bigger size.
