There can be one single reason, or many hundreds or even thousands and so on reasons for one to be disappointed, down, boring, and unhappy…
The same goes to the exact opposite, which is happy, and excited and such positive emotions… But then, it is more unnoticeable most of the time.
Well, why I say so?… Maybe always when I think back, I realized something I should felt happy?
